Business law
This collection includes the full text of the Business Law Fundamentals manual, as well as related information from other manuals and later updates.

Civil litigation
The collection is based on LESA’s Alberta Civil Practice Manual, which contains valuable information to get you through a litigation file from start to finish including sections on jurisdiction, bringing an action, the questioning process, trial and witness preparation, amending pleadings, and more.

Collections process
This entry describes the collections process. Specifically, it outlines the procedures used to collect secured and unsecured debt, their commonalities, and the differences of which a lawyer must be aware of.

Criminal law
This collection includes the full text of the Criminal Law Fundamentals manual, as well as related information from other manuals and later updates.

Wills & estates
The collection is based on LESA’s Wills & Estates manual. Included is a detailed overview of major changes to Alberta’s wills and succession laws that have taken place or are about to take place.

CPLED
This collection includes information on the CPLED Program, the CPLED Student Guide, and suggested readings for CPLED students.
